If you’d like to return an item (must be within 14 days of receiving your order), please email us at info@afdklondon.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide you with the next steps.

Once approved, make sure the item is securely packaged and sent back to us as instructed. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage until your return has been processed.

If you have any questions at all, just drop us an email and we’ll be happy to help. We want you to love your AFDK London pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.

If you need to make a change to your order, please email us at info@afdklondon.com as soon as possible. Our team will review your request and let you know what changes can still be made before your order is processed.

We’ll always do our best to help where possible and make sure you’re happy with your order.

All orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Once we’ve received your return, your refund will be processed within 14 working days.

If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the login page. You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password and create a new one.

For security reasons, please keep your password safe and don’t share it with anyone.
